Great experience with First Choice. My AC stopped working, so I called early this morning. Ken returned my call shortly after and by mid afternoon Dave had my unit repaired very quickly. Reasonable priced without trying to upsell me into anything I didn't need. A++ service.
I called him on a Friday night when my heater went out and it was 30 degrees. He was slammed, but after listening to the issue he knew the problem and offered to come out, and even offered to guide me to fix it myself. He is my HVAC guy from now until forever.

Beyond great service, they just care so much. I was in a difficult situation with a landlord, and Ken was completely honest and advocated for me directly. He followed up days later to check on things. He wasn't paid to do that; he's just that conscientious. Technician Erik was also fantastic, the boots on the ground who patiently broke it all down for me. Who does that anymore?

Our hot water heater had a bad pressure relief valve leaking all over the garage, and a previous company had the drainage routed completely wrong. Marcus made sure everything was fixed 100 percent correctly. The owner was very quick to reach out and respond.
